TDC accepts requests for production and modification of granite surface plates. Depending on the specifications and the condition of the granite surface plate, we combine grinding and lapping to achieve the desired accuracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After the surface is polished by grinding, final polishing is performed by lapping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We produced a precision mirror plate by combining cutting by cutting, grinding, and mirror polishing with lapping. Cut from a slightly larger material, 2 or 4 surfaces are mirror-finished, and the surfaces other than the mirror surface are finished by grinding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I made 4x5x100 alumina precision parts. The 4mm thick part is surfaced with GC lapping and then mirror finished. After cutting to length, it is finished to 100mm by surface grinding. The 5mm width part is cut by cutting and then surface ground. Finished with<\/p>\n\n\n\n
