Examples of products produced by TDC’s grinding process
At TDC, we also accept consultations on all kinds of grinding processing with our extensive processing equipment and grinding know-how accumulated over many years.
In addition, TDC combines grinding and polishing processes to achieve ultra-precision manufacturing with its own know-how.
Here, we will introduce an example of a product manufactured by TDC that incorporates grinding.
Stone plate correction processing
Product Description
TDC accepts requests for production and modification of granite surface plates. Depending on the specifications and the condition of the granite surface plate, we combine grinding and lapping to achieve the desired accuracy.
After the surface is polished by grinding, final polishing is performed by lapping.

YAG ceramic precision mirror plate
Product Description
We produced a precision mirror plate by combining cutting by cutting, grinding, and mirror polishing with lapping. Cut from a slightly larger material, 2 or 4 surfaces are mirror-finished, and the surfaces other than the mirror surface are finished by grinding.

Punch, Die Mold Surface Grinding
Product Description
We manufactured a punch die mold by surface grinding for the mold material. Finished with a sharp edge.

Alumina precision parts
Product Description
I made 4x5x100 alumina precision parts. The 4mm thick part is surfaced with GC lapping and then mirror finished. After cutting to length, it is finished to 100mm by surface grinding. The 5mm width part is cut by cutting and then surface ground. Finished with
