【Exhibision】IVC-22 : The 22nd International Vacuum Congress

TDC will be exhibiting at IVC-22 held on September 12-14, 2022.

As the world’s largest vacuum-related international conference, IVC-22 will cover a wide range of fields including vacuum engineering, surface/nanoscience/analysis, thin films/sputter, semiconductor materials, and biotechnology, and is expected to attract many visitors with keynote speeches and academic presentations by prominent figures from academia and industry as well as corporate exhibitions and presentations planned. This will be a great opportunity to interact with researchers and engineers from Japan, Asia, Europe, and the U.S. It is held every three years, and this year’s event will be held in Japan, so we hope you will take this opportunity to attend!
