Exhibition：IEEE MEMS 2022

TDC will be on-line exhibiting at IEEE MEMS 2022 to be held at hybrid location, Tokyo International Forum and Virtual Event App on 9 -13 January 2022.

IEEE MEMS is an international conference that has received the highest praises as a place to present and discuss the latest research results on MEMS, and has been held in Japan for the first time in 15 years since it was held in Kobe in 2007.
