We solve your challenges with ultra-precision polishing and ultra-precision machining.

At TDC, we offer precision machining with a surface roughness of Ra1nm or less for a wide range of materials, including various metals, engineering plastics, glass and crystalline materials, ceramics, and other special materials. We have over 230 types of machining records, and we have established machining processes that meet a wide variety of customer needs.
Our results are consistent with no variation in finish, and we can deliver the same high quality every time.

TDC caters to the following requests

• Prototypes (one-off) to mass production
• Material procurement
• Polishing process-only requests
• Requests that include multiple processes such as shape processing

We provide measurement data with all processed items upon delivery.
For details on the specifications of the measurements, please refer to the “Quality Assurance” page.

From Inquiry to Order

①Inquiry

Please start by contacting us through the <Inquiry Form>.

Feel free to ask any questions, such as:

• Whether the desired specifications are feasible
• The level of precision achievable with a specific material
• Technical inquiries about polishing or machining processes
• Delivery times, pricing, etc.

If you have drawings or specifications, please attach them in the “Attachment” section of the form.
For more detailed discussions, we are happy to arrange meetings via online meeting, according to your preference.

②Quotation

We will create and send you a quotation based on your request and any provided drawings or specifications.

③Order Placement

Once you have approved the quotation, please send us the “purchase order”.
For first-time transactions, we also ask that you fill out a “New Business Transaction Form”.
Once we receive the necessary documents, we will begin processing your order.

④Processing

We will process the order and meet the delivery deadline as agreed upon.

⑤Delivery

After processing, we will ship the order to your desired location.
For customer-supplied materials, the usual delivery time is approximately two weeks (using air freight). If you need material procurement, we will discuss it on a case-by-case basis.
